About the sale of photo prints and data from the Kemono event

Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
Selfoto accepts orders for photo prints from various events, but we have received feedback from our users that they would like us to sell their photos digitally.
We are therefore pleased to announce that we will begin selling photo digitally under the following conditions.

• Photo data taken by IMAGESTUDIO Noise photographers will be provided at their maximum size without any reduction.
• Please refrain from saving the photo data displayed in the preview screen.
• IMAGESTUDIO Noise retains the copyright to the photo data even after the sale. Furthermore, when the purchaser posts the photo data online, they are not required to include the name of the IMAGESTUDIO Noise photographer. However, if the photographer's name is included, the purchaser cannot claim that the photo was taken by themselves. (Copyright Act, Article 19: Right to Display Name)
• Photo data may be freely edited and published. However, publishing in a manner that violates public order and morals or libels others is prohibited. (Copyright Act, Article 20: Right to Maintain Integrity; Copyright Act, Article 113: Right to Prohibit Use in a Manner Harming Honor and Reputation)
• Please note that the event organizer's logo may be included in the photo data at their discretion. Logos cannot be removed from photos that include a logo.
• Faces in the photos provided for download are not blurred, so please be careful when posting them online.
• Delivery of the photo data is complete once it is uploaded to "FUR.PHOTO.EXCHANGE," a photo sharing service provided by IMAGESTUDIO Noise. If you would like to purchase physical media such as a DVD, please contact us using our contact form.
