Registered users (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") must use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Studio regarding the use of the Services.

Article 2 (User Registration)

User registration is considered complete when an applicant applies for user registration in accordance with the method specified by the Studio and the Studio approves it.
The Studio may deny approval of a user registration application if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, and shall not be obligated to disclose the reasons for such denial.

1. If false information is provided when applying for user registration.
2. If the application is from a person who has previously violated these Terms of Use.
3. If the Studio otherwise determines that user registration is inappropriate.

Article 3 (Password Management)

Users are responsible for managing their passwords for this Service.
Users may not transfer or lend their passwords to third parties under any circumstances. If a password matching the registered information is used to log in, the Studio will consider that the user who registered that user ID is using the service.

Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)

In consideration for using this Service, users shall pay the usage fees separately determined by the Studio and displayed on this website, by the method designated by the Studio.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this Service.

1. Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
2. Acts related to criminal activities
3. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of our servers or network
4. Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services
5. Acts that collect or store personal information about other users
6. Acts that impersonate other users
7. Acts that directly or indirectly benefit anti-social forces in connection with our services
8. Any other acts that our Studio deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Suspension of Service Provision, etc.)

Our Studio may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this Service without prior notice to users if we determine that any of the following circumstances exist:

1. When maintenance, inspection, or updates are performed on the computer system related to the Service.
2. When providing the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure, such as an earthquake, lightning strike, fire, power outage, or natural disaster.

4. When the Studio determines that providing the Service is difficult.

The Studio shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User or a third party due to the suspension or interruption of the Service, regardless of the reason.

Article 7 (Usage Restrictions and Cancellation of Registration)

The Studio may, without prior notice, restrict the User's use of all or part of the Service or cancel the User's registration in the following cases.

1. If you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
2. If it is discovered that the registration information contains false information
3. If the Studio otherwise determines that your use of the Service is inappropriate

The Studio shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you as a result of any actions taken by the Studio pursuant to this Article.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Studio shall be exempt from liability for breach of contract unless the breach is due to the Studio's willful misconduct or gross negligence. Even if the Studio is held liable for any reason, the Studio shall only be liable for compensation up to the extent of damages that would normally arise and, for paid services, up to the price (or one month's fee for continuous services).
The Studio shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between you and other users or third parties regarding the Service.

Article 9 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)

The Studio may change the content of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms of Use)

The Studio may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice to the User if it deems it necessary.

Article 11 (Notice or Contact)

Notifications or contact between the User and the Studio shall be made in accordance with the method specified by the Studio.

Article 12 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

The User may not transfer or pledge as security any of their status under the Service Agreement or any rights or obligations under these Terms of Use to a third party without the Studio's prior written consent.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event of a dispute arising regarding the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the Studio's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
